Product Description

Column : Consisting of an extremely rigid box section and is provided with machine slideways for the saddle elevation The Column is supported on swivel bearing permitting 360' degree smooth rotation of Column. Column locking clomps are provided to secure it when the boom mounted welding head is positioned for welding.

Boom : Boom are designed with high section modules to minimise sagging of Boom when fully extended. The Boom runs horizontally on the guide rollers fitted on a heavy mast plate. The guide rollers are fitted with acentric pins for perfect alignment and adjustment of the Boom. Saddle elevation is achieved through AC motors with heavy reduction gear boxed and duplex chain.
